Having trouble with your Samsung Email Mail

Causes

• The problem in the network or server
• Entering the wrong account details 
• Too many cache files in the system
• Emails are getting stored in the spam or deleted folders. 
• Email client software issue
• The attached email size exceeds the limit

Solution 1. Remove the cache and data of the email app

1. First of all, you are required to open the Settings window on your device. 
2. And then, you have to go to the Settings option. 
3. After that, choose the email app option and select the Storage option. 
4. In the next option, click on the Clear cache option. 
5. Also, head back to the Settings option again to clear the app’s data option. 
6. Next, choose the email app and then tap on the Storage option. 
7. Moreover, select the Clear data option and then choose the OK option. 
8. In the last step, check if the problem has been resolved or not.

Solution 2. Check if your internet connection is stable and correctly configured

1. First of all, please ensure that the Wi-Fi and modem are on and rightly connected to your smartphone or computer device. 
2. Check if the network has a strong or stable connection by browsing the website and downloading something from the web. 
3. In case you are using a smartphone, then check if your cellular data is strong or Wi-Fi connection. 
4. You need to reset your Wi-Fi or modem if your internet connection is weak and has no stability. (You can reset the connection by unplugging it and then plugging it back again)
5. When you are using a public Wi-Fi network, try connecting to any other network connection, or you can ask your Network administration to check if there are any problems or restrictions. 
6. You need to check your smartphone, or mobile device is corrected to the correct network connection that has a strong and high-speed network connection.

Solution 3. Turn off the antivirus or firewall software or ad-blocker for some time

1. For the first step, you need to go to the ad-block or antivirus/firewall software of your device. Usually, these software are available in the system tray of the Taskbar. 
2. After that, right-click on the software icon and then choose the Turn-off or Disable option. 
3. Alternatively, you can launch the software program and go to the Settings window or the options menu to turn off the program.
4. Henceforth, try to send or receive the message to check whether the problem has been resolved or not. 
5. You can enable the antivirus/firewall or ad-blocker once again, whether the problem is resolved or not. 
6. If the problem is not solved yet, you need to try the different methods mentioned below or take professional help.

Solution 4. Make sure you or the senders are entering the right email address or are not blocked

1. Before sending the email, you need to confirm you have entered all the characters and special characters in the email address exactly. 
2. You also need to make sure that the email address you are trying to send the message to is not blocked by you.
3. Next, move to the Samsung email account settings and then try to find the Spam Settings. 
4. Now in the spam folder, you can check if the recipient is blocked or not. (You can ask the sender to do the same if he is facing the same issue.)
5. If you find the recipient in the blocked category, then you need to remove it from there and then try to send the message or file one more time. 
6. Moreover, you have to add the recipient's email address to the general list to avoid the possibility of the same problem arising once again. 
7. Once everything seems clear, you and the recipient can send the information to each other without any error.
