Forward Xfinity Email to Another Email

  2. Then, click on the Users & Preferences option and then click on the Email & Voice Settings.

Sometimes, your forwarded emails may move to the Spam folder. In this case, you must verify the Spam folder for any issues. 

 

  1. First of all, log in to your email account. 

  2. After that, move on to the Spam folder. 

  3. Now, check all the emails you have forwarded, and mark them as not spam if you find them legal. 

  4. In the next step, you should add your forwarding email address to your contact book to secure your account from such issues. 

  5. Finally, open your Spam folder and check for the emails. Also, keep checking your Spam folder to prevent the forwarding issue in the future. 

 

Solution 3: Turn off the Filters/Rules That May Have Blocked Email Forwarding

You should switch off all the rules and filters that might be blocking your email forwarding. 

 

  1. In the initial step, log in to your email account and go to Settings. 

  2. Then, check for the email filters and fuels that may be blocking your email forwarding settings. 

  3. Now, turn off all the rules and filters which are the root cause. 

  4. After that, you should save the changes before closing the Settings menu. 

  5. Finally, the rules and filters that are blocking your email forwarding settings will be disabled.
