When your account forwarding settings are incorrect
Your email account forwarding isn’t working properly.
You’re putting the incorrect email address to forward the email.
It can be issues with email filters or spam settings.
Sometimes, technical issues can also cause network problems.
When there are some issues within your account forwarding settings, you may experience issues with forwarding emails.
Initially, you must log in to your email account and go to the My Account option.
Then, click on the Users & Preferences option and then click on the Email & Voice Settings.
Now, turn on the Email Forwarding option if it is ON.
After that, check your recipient’s address to which you want to email forwarding under the “Forward all emails to” box.
In the next step, you should keep a copy of all the forwarded emails of your account and tick the box near to save a copy of forwarded emails.
Now, tap Save to save all the changes.
Sometimes, your forwarded emails may move to the Spam folder. In this case, you must verify the Spam folder for any issues.
First of all, log in to your email account.
After that, move on to the Spam folder.
Now, check all the emails you have forwarded, and mark them as not spam if you find them legal.
In the next step, you should add your forwarding email address to your contact book to secure your account from such issues.
Finally, open your Spam folder and check for the emails. Also, keep checking your Spam folder to prevent the forwarding issue in the future.
You should switch off all the rules and filters that might be blocking your email forwarding.
In the initial step, log in to your email account and go to Settings.
